R.I.P.

About two weeks ago, my iPod died after years of filling my ears with phat beats and clever wordplay. I've used it every day since i got it. Now, i have to sleep to music on the radio. It's hell. Try sleeping to fucking Pitbull every night. That's probably why i'm so restless lately.
Well, if anyone has an iPod that they're willing to sell to me, let me know.

Don't forget to pray for the people who lost homes.
These SoCal fires have been devastating. Many people i know have been evacuated. Fortunately, none of them lost homes.
Here's a picture i took on saturday. The view from my backyard.

Eff your life

My appetite for books has screwed me over soooo much.
These books kept me up all night and they put me to sleep all day.
So today towards the end of Algebra Dos, I got caught sleeping. I'm usually slick about it, but today i just went face down on my desk, and Mr. Smith busted me. I was half asleep so i had no idea what was going on. So i just gave him a thumbs up. Little did i know, he was saying something about giving me a test tomorrow. So now my dumbass has a test tomorrow on shit that i don't know.
Fuck it.

READING is FUNDAMENTAL

"A book is the only place in which you can examine a fragile thought without breaking it, or explore an explosive idea without fear it will go off in your face. It is one of the few havens remaining where a man's mind can get both provocation and privacy."
~Edward P. Morgan

"A good book on your shelf is a friend that turns its back on you and remains a friend."

I'm currently reading "Bonechiller" by Graham McNamee. The other day, i just saw it lying on the floor of barnes and noble and it looked pretty interesting. So i picked it up. I had no idea what it was about. So i went home with it and i started to read it. It's a pretty simple book, but i think you'll enjoy it if your into that whole suspense/fantasy type shit.

Lately, i've had this insane urge to read, so if you know any good books, let me know.

"Books are the quietest and most constant of friends; they are the most accessible and wisest of counselors, and the most patient of teachers."

Time to get serious

I've said it time and time again, but this time, it's for real.
As of 10:30 tonight, the transformation is on. I've screwed up a countless amount of times throughout the past year. Everything from the beginning of high school up to now was merely a fluke. If you know me, you know that i like to talk big. I only did that out of insecurity and to make a terrible attempt at boosting my confidence. I was always the type of person who thought he could handle everything on his own. Tonight, i realized that i'm not superman, and without the people that i have behind me right now, i'm nothing and i would probably be dead by now. I have no idea where i'm at, but i know damn well where i want to be.
Set your goals, and when met by an obstacle, tackle it with your head up. So if you're in my way, you better get the fuck out or you're getting ran over.

Big Things Poppin'...

...and more pointless posts

This week was INSANE... well actually, it wasn't. It sucked ass actually. The only good things were the TM juniors auditions(Congrats to everyone who made it), Heroes, and tonight, The Office comes back on.

The TM jrs auditions went pretty well. I didn't make it, but i'm not trippin over it. All the people who made it were pretty damn good. I think i did pretty decent, but i wasn't able to freestyle. ehh whatever. I still got alot of work to do to get to their level. Luckily, the next audition is in a year and there's still tons of workshops and stuff to do, and there's a bunch of crews other than TMJ that i could join. In one year, i WILL be dope. Bank on it.
Hard work pays off. You get what you put in. So why stop now? Gotta Keep Pushin'.

Heroes Heroes Heroes.
That shit was intense. I won't spoil it for anyone. If you haven't watched it, you're a bitch and i'm gonna kill you for real.
Kinda like this:

Ok, but seriously, you need to hop on that shit. I was never really interested in heroes, but this episode got me. So if there's any replays or if one of you're friends TiVo'd it, watch it right now. Break down his or her front door, turn on their TV and watch it.

Tonight, The Office, NBC, 9 PM(i believe)

Check out the homies from L&O. Fall line soon!

2 for 1

Nevermind, I obviously won't be posting in this thing too much.

Summer is now over for me, but i couldn't have ended it any better. August was amazing.
"Too much good stuff"
-AM/PM

Yeah, i just quoted AM/PM. Now it's time for another list...
-Loud&Obnoxious Year Anniversary August 16:L&O had their 1-year anniversary BBQ, and the turnout was great. There were alot more people than I expected, and many people bought 5+ shirts. Congrats to the Brian, Matt, and Vince on their success. Keep up the DIY.
-Nikki's going away surprise party:Nikki's off to SD for college, so somebody decided to throw her a surprise party. That night was pretty fucking funny.
-Random kickbacks
-Basketball days
-Debut practice

But, now it's time to buckle down and be serious. Today was the first day of school at Rowland, and for the first time, i was excited to go to school. This year, i can't afford any fuck-ups like last year. I'm about to make Rowland High my bitch. I'm already fucking up though, i fell asleep in 3 classes. Sophomore year, gotta work extra hard. Let's do this shit.

Summer Summer Summertime

I've had this piece of shit for about 2 months. Finally, i'm making an entry. It's already august and i feel like i haven't milked this summer for everything it could've held. The low moments of my summer all hit rock bottom, but on the up-side, the high points of my summer were amazing. I've gotten closer to people. I've grown apart from many, but i'm sure we'll be able to patch it up.

Some of the highlights were:
-BEACHBEACHBEACH.
-Basketball at Pantera/Shadow Oak (almost)every week.
-Countless Kickbacks.
-San Jose- Hands down, my greatest experience in dancing. Period
-I probably met more people this summer than any other summer.
-Lastly, I FINALLY found out who I am.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to my great summer, but theres still a month left. So far in these 3 august days, i've done alot. So let the good times roll motherfuckers.

Expect better entries in the next few days.
I got alot on my mind

Carpe Diem. Seize the day.
